 FORGIVE  AND  LIVE
            by RFH

  In forgiveness
    godly strength awaits;
    Lord God, help us
      to be strong:

   That we would
     forgive and live;
     forgiving all
       who have done us wrong.

Luke 23:34  "Father, forgive them,
for they know not what they do."

BEHOLD  OR  WITHHOLD

            by RFH

    The choice is ours:
      To behold or
      to withhold;

    By beholding
      we become changed;
      by withholding
        we become worse.

 Proverbs 23:7,  "As a man
   thinketh in his heart, so is he."

 2 Cor. 3:18,   "By beholding
  we become changed."

WHEN ACCUSATIONS ABOUND
                    By RFH

There was a certain Man
  who suffered centuries ago
  by the hand of His accusers
    who wrenched Him to and fro.

Many who have followed Him
  have suffered His same fate,
  accusers being persistent,
     vindication coming too late.

When you are accused falsely
  and God knows you didn't do it,
  think upon that gentle Soul
    and He will get you through it.

EVERYONE vs. ONLY ONE

                by RFH

  Everyone has his life to live;

  Only One had His life to give.

"For God so loved the world
that  he  gave  [us]  His only
begotten Son ..."  John 3:16

 SHOW  ME  THE    BEAUTY
            by RFH

  Show me the beauty
    left in this world;
    the sky, the sea,
      the land, the trees.

  Don't pull my mind
    into bad thoughts,
    but steer it
      to the things
      that please.

  I'm no escapist;
    a lot is wrong
    with the world
      and with all
      who live here,

  But so much is
    right and beautiful
    to behold
      from afar
      and up near.

  So show me
    the beauty
    of what's here,
      blind me to
      the things
        that numb;

  So we can enjoy
    the life we live
    and more so
      the life yet
      to come.
